Licensed since 2011, Valdo Panzera is a full-time sales associate with Terrie O’Connor Realtors-Allendale and offers extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
Growing up in the family construction and home remodeling business inspired Valdo to pursue a career in real estate. Working alongside his father to reimagine and remodel outdated spaces, Valdo gained a unique ability to see the true potential in a property. Valdo shares that vision with each of his clients to help them identify properties with the greatest investment potential.
Whether helping first time homebuyers achieve their dream of homeownership or working with a business owner to find a new space, Valdo is dedicated to negotiating the best deal possible for his clients.
“I feel personally responsible for each of my clients...by the end of the transaction, my clients have become family,” explains Valdo. “I love helping make dreams come true.”
Valdo is a lifelong resident of northern New Jersey. Originally from Little Ferry, Valdo and his family have called North Haledon home for the past 20 years. An active member of his community, Valdo serves on the Board of Education for Manchester Regional High School, as well as a member of the North Haledon Zoning Board and Public Events Committee. Valdo volunteers as a coach for the Manchester Junior Falcons Football Team. Valdo is also a member of St. Anne Stage, a community theater.
Valdo studied business at Montclair State University and is fluent in both Italian and Spanish. Valdo is married to his best friend, Megan, and together they are proudly raising their two beautiful boys in their hometown.
