Welcome to Valerie's exciting life. So many times, in life we are unsure of what we can do, should do, or want to do. That is such a dilemma for so many of us. The time comes when you realize you will do hundreds of wonder things in your life. Most people do not stay in the same job for 40 years anymore. So, Valerie grew up in Carlsbad, her dad worked at the Power plant, and they lived in Terramar. Of course, it was when you rode the bus to school. Many years they would change the bus boundaries and Valerie would end up at a different school. All her friends lived on her street and what did they do? They went to the BEACH. Years later Valerie's husband Gary & she moved to Kona Hawaii where they raised out two wonder girls, now she has seven grandchildren. When it was time to return to Carlsbad and get a new life, they were all set. Returning home felt great, all the great memories & friends. Real Estate is just for Valerie! What a blessing to help others find a home. Start a new life for a new family. Start your plans for more kids. You want a smaller home. Now days it is not stay put forever. We move, change jobs, get more ideas to create businesses, so we need more space. Beach time, house hunting, touring properties This is what Valerie loves.
