Vanessa is a native Texan which means more than describing the place where you were born. It means you know how to work hard, how to problem solve, how to communicate the point, and how to set your boots up after a job well done!
Vanessa Van Trease is proud of her Texas-born roots and her Hispanic heritage. Growing up the daughter of a construction supervisor in Port Arthur, Texas has taught her the art of pulling yourself up by your bootstraps!
After graduating from Stephen F. Austin in 1991 with a bachelor of science degree, Vanessa started her career in corporate America with a national staffing company and continued until 1996 when she left Texas Monthly Magazine to start her real estate career.
Vanessa is a minority woman business owner who has been afforded great opportunities to discover new challenges while focusing on her client’s interests, wants, and desires.
Vanessa is constantly drawing on her corporate background to forge new relationships and partnering with other business owners who are service-based and have similar clientele.
