Vartan Achabahian is the founder and CEO of Prospect Group. Vartan is a native Angeleno, born and raised in Hollywood, CA. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UCLA, majoring in International Development Studies. He has over 10 years of real estate experience. Most notably, he has helped countless homeowners save their homes from foreclosure. His remarkable rehabilitating projects have surpassed well over one hundred homes across SoCal.
As a recipient of a distinguished preservation award, he has restored character homes in historic districts, conserving each home's dignity and beauty. Vartan’s continued fascination and ongoing critical examination of the real estate market in LA have been the cornerstone of his success.
