Vasili Lyhnakis joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2006 as a leasing professional and was the Top Producer in 2008. He was promoted to Director of Leasing for the Western Region in 2010 and to Regional Vice President of Leasing for the Western Region in 2015. Mr. Lyhnakis has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Westminster College and a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from the University of Utah.
Responsible for all Leasing projects across 9 states, managing 75 grocery anchored shopping centers, 8 million square feet, with 5 direct reports. Curating a top performing team and have developed a two time Top Producer in the company. Exceeding regional goals year over year and delivering results to maximize targets set by the company.
