A member of the PPC Commercial Team for the past decade, Vicki brings a combination of talents, knowledge, and experience that has greatly enhanced the PPC platform of quality client services.
Earlier in her career Vicki received a Masters in Accounting and has developed and utilized her extensive public accounting and tax background to consult with business clients, investors, and developers in the sale and acquisition of a wide-array of business and real estate interests. Over the past decade Vicki’s clients have continually expressed their gratitude for her integrity, dedication and creative insight which serves to assist them in attaining both financial and business goals.
Due to the continual uncertainty in today’s market and ever-changing tax laws, Vicki continues to maintain her accounting license in order to stay abreast of new developments in real estate tax strategies, including a diverse 1031 tax-deferred exchange understanding and outlook.
Vicki possesses a rare combination of strong analytical attributes, coupled with excellent people and communication skills. With this skill-set Vicki has quickly become an invaluable asset and resource for clients interested in evaluating real estate as an investment vehicle.
Vicki holds a CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), which consists of advanced coursework curriculum in financial and market analysis, combined with demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
