Vickie Hildreth is a Real Estate Broker and very happily associated with Melson Realty. She has over 45 years of experience in Real Estate, escrow, lending, and construction finance.
Her hobbies are gardening, golf, and piano. Vickie was born in Redlands, CA and moved to Porterville in 1971. She has been married to her husband Chris Hildreth, a native of Porterville, for 43 years. She specializes in homes, land, large ranches, “unique” and “premier” properties. In addition, she was the Realtor responsible for both the new Social Security building on Morton Avenue in Porterville and the new courthouse built on Olive Avenue in Porterville. Vickie is knowledgeable in FHA/VA, foreclosures, short sales, Cal-Vet, Conventional and Jumbo Loans, as well as construction lending. She is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, (“GRI”).
