A Central Business District specialist, Vickie Saito has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience in the urban core of downtown Nashville and surrounding neighborhoods. Active in all areas of brokerage, she has served as the exclusive leasing and sales representative for numerous investment properties and historic redevelopments in the core commercial district. In addition to land assemblages, she has provided exclusive tenant representation for local and national retail, hospitality, and office tenants. As a consultant, she has participated in various urban development projects, including the Site Consulting Team for the US Federal Courthouse, the MTA Central Station Site Development Team, and the Nashville Chamber Music City Center Site Committee.
As a licensed commercial broker in Tennessee since 1987, Vickie specializes in the greater downtown and urban submarkets. Vickie graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and study in clinical counseling. After obtaining her Idaho broker’s license, she was a partner in White Cloud Properties in Sun Valley, Idaho, prior to her move to Tennessee. Led by an interest in urban environments and historic preservation, Vickie began her Tennessee real estate career marketing investment and historic buildings in the heart of downtown Nashville. She continues to focus on creative, adaptive reuse of such facilities.
