Victor Abdala Jr, residing in Downintown PA, has lived in Chester County his entire life. A 1981 graduate of Penn State University, Victor began his business career managing the family beer wholesale/retail business. He completed his first real estate subdivision in 1986 and became a licensed real estate agent in 1988. Victor became sole owner of the beer business in 1991 and sold it in 1993 to concentrate full time on real estate.
In 1994, he formed a partnership with Tony Stancato for the purpose of pursuing opportunities in real estate and the two remain partners to this day. Together they concentrated on many different aspects of real estate including real estate sales, subdivisions, excavation, building, title insurance and properties held for investment. Concentrating on the West Chester area, they are responsible of such notable restorations as the Woolworth building and the Greentree building. Throughout their 17 years as partners, Victor and Tony have developed over 500 residential building lots and constructed hundreds of new homes. Some recent projects include a $4,000,000 townhome project, a $1,400,000 office renovation which serves as their operation headquarters with offices for lease and a $2,000,000 strip center. In addition, Victor owns 7 percent of IT21 Solutions, a consulting and mobile hardware supply company.
