Victor is actively involved in the company's growth and strategy and in leading expansion into new business areas. He has extensive experience in land development, land purchase and new homes marketing and he has worked with major land developers and home builders in Toronto, Hong Kong and London, England. Completed major high-rise marketing projects include the Windsor and Equinox. In 2003, he received the highest honour in high-rise condominium marketing as the Best Salesperson/Team ? Condominium awarded by the Greater Toronto Home Builders? Association. Victor also promotes technology by using high-tech ways of real estate marketing. In his spare time, Victor enjoys jogging, hiking, bowling and website designing. He is also an amateur photographer and videographer.
