Victor Singh has an outstanding track record in owning and operating large scale businesses in the Bay Area. He has been a successful Realtor/Broker at Olingers Real Estate Investments since 2006 and has had the highest level of closed deals in the company time and time again. His energy, focus and talent enables him to see what is around the corner and what is next in Commercial Real Estate and what we can do as a company to change for the better to appeal to new marketplaces. His vision to create a first class commercial real estate directory that serves as a business tool for Brokers is monumental and a huge endeavor. Victor was Owner and General Manager of some very successful hotels and restaurants in the Bay Area. His leadership and know how led him to many successes and career benchmarks at companies like, Super 8 Hotel, Executive Inn, GV Hotel management Group and Dastoor Indian Restaurant which was a 15,000 sq ft restaurant, bar, lounge, banquet rooms and three large dining hall and hosted large scale corporate and celebrity events for over 1,000 guests. He has recently ventured into farming and owns a 160 acres Almond farm in a city called Firebaugh in Fresno County.
