Bio
Joining the WHLR team in 2021 as the Leasing & Marketing Coordinator, Victoria came to the company with over 8 years of marketing experience. Having a property management, construction, and financial background, she now heads the marketing department while also assisting in the leasing efforts. Responsible for marketing the entire portfolio while also specializing in tenant and prospective communications, Victoria now manages the industry and corporate social presence as their Marketing Manager.
Victoria’s background includes several marketing department and development start-ups and now includes the corporate brand consistency and maintenance of WHLR. Graduating Cum Laude from Old Dominion University, Victoria earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Awarded as Hampton Roads’ Young Professional of the Year through the Associated Builders and Contractors in October 2019 for her community engagement and industry dedication, she also sat on multiple committees and Boards including, but not limited to, the Chesapeake division of the Chamber of Commerce and its Executive Committee. Also participating with Chesapeake Public Schools, Victoria actively participated as a Community Leadership Collaborative panelist and organized a corporate partnership with Chesapeake Public Schools, creating her exponentially large experience with our direct community.
Outside of work, you can find Victoria hanging out with her loyal companion, Ruger, her three-year-old French bulldog. Oui, oui.
