Bio
Vika is responsible for the intake of prospective tenants including completing pre-screening, scheduling showings, reviewing applications, preparing leases, and maintaining communication with the prospect/applicant throughout the process. Vika regularly communicates with prospects to receive feedback throughout tenants placement process and ensures a timely and complete application is submitted and reviewed in order to avoid delays in approval. She is our go-to for all things Leasing related and reports directly to the Property Manager in Charge.
