Vikaas Patni is a Senior Associate in Northmarq’s Cincinnati, Ohio office. Patni is a member of Daniel Herrold’s team and specializes in the disposition and acquisition of single-tenant net lease properties and multi-tenant shopping centers throughout the United States. He brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate with diverse skills and a consultative, client-focused approach to guiding clients throughout the transaction’s lifecycle.
Before joining Northmarq, Patni served as Vice President of Brokerage Services at Lee & Associates’ Cincinnati office for three and a half years, achieving top producer status in 2021. Prior to Lee & Associates, Patni held leadership positions at Phillips Edison & Co. and Meridian Realty Capital.
