Vince Machado has built his career around high growth technology tenants, helping them develop complex, data-based strategies for their real estate needs. From office to industrial, headquarters to satellites, Vince continues to drive complex real estate solutions to optimize his clients’ portfolios. His expertise and market intelligence consistently rank him as among the top professionals both at CBRE and among the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB). Throughout his career, Vince has completed more than 1,000 lease transactions for over 6 million sq. ft., investment sales of over 4 million sq. ft. and Owner/ User Sales of +60 buildings throughout Silicon Valley. He has also consulted in the land acquisition and development of over 2 million sq. ft. of Industrial/ Manufacturing buildings in Silicon Valley.
Vince Machado was one of a team of brokers who moved to Insignia/ESG from Grubb & Ellis prior to CBRE's acquisition of Insignia/ESG. This initial team was responsible for the inception of the brokerage operation of Insignia/ESG in the Silicon Valley.
Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis in early 2002, Vince had been an Accreditation Manager with the Salt Lake Organization Committee for the 2002 Olympics.
