Vince Watkins is dedicated to making a client’s new home sale or purchase a pleasant experience. He can assist clients in buying a new home, selling their existing home, or purchasing second homes and rental properties. A lifelong resident of Sumter, Vince has been serving as a realtor in Sumter since 2003 and specializes in residential and commercial real estate. Vince is familiar with the Sumter real estate market, the local school system, the local industries, and Shaw Air Force Base. Vince has been a multi-million-dollar producer in Sumter since 2004 and he is a member of the Sumter Board of Realtors, Sumter Touchdown Club, and a graduate of Leadership Sumter Class XXI. In 2009, he received the Tops Sales for Volume Award for the Sumter ERA Wilder Realty office as well as the 2009 and 2018 Beyond Excellence Award, an award that is given to agents for going above and beyond in helping serve his real estate clients. In 2017 and 2018, he was ranked as one of the top ten sales agent with ERA Wilder Realty statewide. He joined REMAX Summit Realty in late 2019 and is currently one of their leading sales agents. Vince is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a member of Alice Drive Baptist Church. He enjoys traveling, fishing, attending sporting events, and spending time with his wife, Catherine, and two adult sons, Vincent and Bradley.
