Vindar Batoosingh is a Senior Vice President in the Ontario Office of CBRE and specializes in office building transactions, including investment sales, user sales, development, tenant relocations and leasing. In over 30 years with CBRE, Vindar has been involved in over 8 million square feet of transactions valued at over $1 billion and including more than 1,300 transactions. Vindar has consistently been one of the top office building specialists in the Ontario office his entire career.
Mr. Batoosingh’s experience in brokerage, as well as other aspects of commercial real estate, brings an effective, seasoned professional to the marketing team. Vindar has emphasized negotiating lease terms that maximize the value of the buildings he represents and position those leases to be “financeable”. On the other hand, having this detailed knowledge of how building owners value their assets and the market conditions allows Vindar the insight to be creative in negotiating lease terms that create value for the occupiers of space, too.
