Since Vinny’s inception into CRE in 2009, he has leased more than 350,000 square feet of space, valued at more than $40,000,000. Vinny joined the Princeton office of JLL in January of 2019 as a Senior Vice President. Adding expertise to the Princeton office, Mr. DiMeglio will be working to expand JLL’s presence in the Princeton region and state-wide. Since the summer of 2009, Vinny has saved his clients millions of dollars in rent and has helped them achieve their corporate objectives and goals through their real estate. Previously, Vinny worked as an associate broker with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in Princeton until April of 2013 and at Colliers International in their Princeton office until January of 2019. Vinny graduated from Ursinus College in 2009 where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Media & Communications.
