Ginny began her career in real estate as an investor in distressed small multi-family properties in the Rochester NY area. Soon after she had her real estate license. That was in 2002. Fast forward to today, Ginny is now the Manager of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Custom Realty office, is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), as well as a member of the Board of Advisors for Coldwell Banker Commercial on a national level. Her specialties include investment real estate for office, retail, multi-family, and specialty-use properties. Heading into its fourth year, Coldwell Banker Commercial Custom Realty has become home to experienced and new agents alike.
She believes that her biggest accomplishment since joining CBC is creating an office culture that is built on collaboration, and supports authenticity. Ginny is very passionate about education. She is the chair of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) education committee. She has helped agents have access to CE coursework during COVID-19, in addition to bringing several CCIM classes to New York. Ginny is also the Vice President of the Upstate New York CCIM chapter
