Vittal Ram joined Newmark in 2008. In his position as Director with Multifamily Capital Markets, Ram is responsible for directing activities of the group, which specializes in the acquisition and disposition of income producing multifamily properties.
Prior to joining Newmark, Ram was a Specialist, Multifamily Investments at NAI Horizon. There, he assisted in the acquisition and disposition of apartment complexes, coordinated due diligence, provided client and customer service, and updated client and property databases. Prior to joining the multifamily investments team, Ram worked as a marketing assistant at NAI. In this position, he assisted in all aspects of marketing for the agents at NAI Horizon.
