Vivian grew up in a household that revolved around real estate. In fact, some of her fondest memories were learning the real estate business with her father, a perpetual remodeler and top-producing agent. As such, Vivian knows how to listen and ask the right questions to help you realize your real estate goals – whether that’s your first home or first investment property.
Vivian made the beautiful Tampa Bay area my home since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and enjoyed being a teacher to wonderful kids for a number of years. Building on a strong family foundation in the construction and real estate industries, it was time for her to carry on the family tradition by becoming a Realtor®. Vivian grew up speaking both English and Spanish so she speaks both natively, and can help you in whichever language you prefer, to help you make sound real estate decisions.
