Viviana Writer is a longtime resident of Southwest Missouri with deep roots in the community and a passion for serving. A strong team player experienced in several aspects of commercial real estate and business development, including; identifying markets for acquisition and development, due diligence, lease-up, and marketing.
Working closely with each client, hearing their stories, and learning their needs drew Viviana to the Real Estate Industry. She helps people reach their real estate dreams and boost the local economy with her broad skill set. Viviana serves on several nonprofit Boards, the US Minority Contractors Association for the State of Missouri, The Rebound Foundation, and more, and is a graduate of Leadership Springfield. Viviana accepted the role of designated broker for Prosperiti Brokers in 2021.
