Bio
Walker is a key member of the investment team and leads Beacon’s expansion efforts in the Raleigh-Durham and eastern North Carolina markets, while focusing on the acquisition and development of industrial/distribution, office and mixed-use properties. Walker founded Pathfinder Investment Management in 2016, a real estate investment firm that specializes in retail and mixed-use investments throughout the region. Prior to Pathfinder, Gorham worked with Eastdil Secured in New York and Atlanta and received his master's degree from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and his bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He’s also an active board member of the Army Ranger ‘Lead the Way’ Fund, a non-profit fund that assists the families of U.S. Army Rangers who have been killed or wounded in action while deployed in support of the Global War on Terrorism.
