When many folks visit their family and friends here in North Carolina they fall in love with the state, weather, and amenities, and end up moving here. Wallace has been calling NC home since 1959. Being a lifelong resident of Granville County, he likes being able to reach out to the triangle cities of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill for ACC sports, pro hockey, concerts, and the arts. Then, home is only a short drive back to the quiet way of living in the country.
His son, Jordan, is the apple of his eye and such a joy to watch on his journey through the local high school that Wallace also attended at his age. Wallace was co-captain of that same high school football team. Wallace believes that between the hard work it took him to make it to the playoffs his senior year, the years of working in the tobacco fields as a kid, and watching his mom raise four kids as a single parent back in the 70s has given him a work ethic that continues to be the backbone of his success.
Wallace thoroughly enjoys boating on the lakes that are all within 15-30 minutes from his home in the triangle area. In the winter months, Jordan and Wallace love going to the NC mountains and spending the weekends on the snow slopes.
Wallace takes his job wholeheartedly, and always put his client’s wants, needs, and interests first. He has been so fortunate to have such a successful career in real estate since he began in 1992. His peak was when he was first ranked number seven in the United States for the number of closed transactions within the Coldwell Banker Company. His enjoyment comes when he sees the expressions on his client’s faces when they finally walk through the front door of their dream home. The excitement they feel is refreshing and makes his job the most rewarding.
