Warren Noack leads Team Noack at The Klabin Company and also serves as a Senior Vice President. Team Noack is a family group of experts — comprised of father Warren and his children Kimberly and Travis — with 60-plus years of combined experience in the industrial marketplace. Team Noack specializes in the sale, leasing and development of industrial properties throughout Southern California.
Warren is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), NAI Capital Commercial’s “Top Producers Club” and the Al Malaikah Shrine in Los Angeles. He is also a member and past president of the Marina del Rey Shrine Club.
Warren and his wife Geraldine were married on September 24, 1966 and celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 2016. A world traveler having lived in Europe as a young man, Warren traveled to many exotic places in his 20s and 30s, including Africa. He was once an avid aviator having held a private pilot’s license with an instrument rating. Today Warren enjoys boating and water skiing on Lake Mead with his wife and their three adult children. An avid golfer, Warren can often be found “hitting the links” with his wife and friends. Warren has a passion for classic cars and can often be found on weekends driving his 1932 Ford 3-window coupe hot rod, or in his garage waxing and polishing his toys with ‘50s music playing in the background.
