Warren is a Principal with EDGE Realty Partners in Dallas focusing on land acquisition and disposition, project leasing and tenant representation. Warren leases power centers for national landlords such as RPAI, and he assists in the acquisition of land and the pre-leasing of ground-up developments. In addition, Warren represents several clients including Bush’s Chicken, FFO Home, Great Clips, Massage Green and Spa, Mugshots Grill & Bar, PetSuites of America, Results Physiotherapy, Tacos 4 Life, Tropical Smoothie Café, Woodhouse Day Spa, and Yogurtland, among others. After graduating from The University of Alabama with a dual degree in Business Management and Communication Studies, Warren began his career in retail real estate with Transwestern. He is an active member in ICSC and NTCAR. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and cheering on the Crimson Tide.
