Wayne Munsterman, CPM®, Vice President, has been with Wells for over 20 years and oversees all the day-to-day operations on the multifamily property management side of the operation as well as client relations. In addition to the corporate staff, Mr. Munsterman manages and directs all the on-site community employees at the properties who run the client-based facilities. Wayne attended the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is a licensed broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), and has completed all requirements for the Certified Property Manager (CPM®).
