Wayne Rutledge is a Commercial Real Estate Broker at RUTLEDGE REAL ESTATE LLC dba Rutledge Commercial Real Estate and licensed to conduct business in The State of Texas. A full brokerage firm that specializes in generating and executing both commercial and residential real estate opportunities in sales, industrial, office, retail transactions, including land acquisitions, exchange, purchase or leasing transactions.
Wayne is also the former Leasing Broker & Property Manager for several retail shopping center projects in the Greater Houston Area including CHASE PLAZA CENTER and 4518 N. Main in Baytown, EL CAMINO SHOPPING COMPLEX, EL DORADO BLVD SHOPPING CENTER and SPACE CENTER PLAZA in Clear Lake City, the NASSAU BAY SERVICE CENTER across from the Johnson Space Center [NASA], JACK’S PLAZA – Spencer in La Porte, JACK’S PLAZA – Preston, PASADENA TC SHOPPING CENTER, RASTI CENTER and RASTI CENTER II all in Pasadena. The primary focus for the brokerage now is on Landlord and Tenant Representation in Sales, Industrial, Office and Retail.
Prior to organizing RUTLEDGE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE with his wife Laurie, Wayne worked with his father at Ed Rutledge Associates. He also has served on the Board of Directors for the Eastpointe Property Owners Association in Baytown and Board of Directors for the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce. He is currently a Board of Director for the Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Network (BACREN).
