Wayne Shulman joined Imperial Realty in 2017. Wayne’s experience in Chicago real estate has been developed throughout his career closing over 850 leases and $75 million in sales transactions. Specializing in office leasing Wayne is a known expert at helping small and medium sized businesses, as well as large corporations like JP Morgan Chase, Charter One Bank and the CBOE. Wayne is very passionate about his work and clients can be assured that Wayne is on their team. Every assignment is handled conscientiously and worked on until the client is totally satisfied. Wayne is known for his persistence, loyalty and never give up attitude and prides himself on closing hard to lease or hard to get done transactions.
Prior to joining Imperial Wayne was Senior Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
