As one of Metro 1 Commercial’s leasing associates, Wayne Taylor specializes in providing leasing services primarily for retail space in Miami’s urban core neighborhoods, including the Biscayne Corridor, Wynwood, Midtown, Design District and the Little River Business District.
Mr. Taylor draws on his more than 25 years of experience in retail, including 14 years as a storeowner in the Miami Design District, as well as serving on the board of the Design District’s merchants association, to provide his clients with an insider viewpoint and the highest level of personalized service.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
