Hello, I am Wenda Tucker, a licensed realtor in Washington, DC and Maryland. I specialize in residential sales and rentals in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area including: Columbia Heights, Capitol Hill, Trinidad, Old City #1, Petworth and Eckington. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and I have assisted many clients through the challenging short-sale process. <br /><br />As a seasoned agent in an office of more than 275 realtors, I have ranked in the top 10 in production for the past 3 years. Since 2008, I have also served as a mentor in training new agents. For more than 20 years, I worked in the non-profit arena managing associations in the areas of finance, administration and operations. In the community, I am a member of the Public Relations Committee at Elizabeth Seton High School, where my daughter is currently enrolled.<br /><br />As a Board Member of the South County Economic Development Association (SCEDA), I serve as Financial Secretary and work with the community in identifying issues that will affect the economic growth and development in southern Prince Georges County, MD.<br /><br /> I am also a proud graduate of Bowie State University where I serve as a member of the Bowie State University Alumni Gospel Choir, and Secretary of its National Alumni Chapter. <br /><br />My Vision<br /><br />There is no other profession that I can say that I love better than being a realtor.
