Providing a leadership role at Target Auction Company for several years as its Operations Manager, Wendy is involved in multiple aspects of the day-to-day operations including marketing, contracts, closings, project management, licensing, and auction event personnel oversight. Her experience in the successful production of diverse types of real estate auctions (i.e., premier homes, commercial properties, residential developments, ranches, and bank portfolio sales) has provided her immense experience, knowledge, and understanding of the auction real estate industry. Diligently working with an optimistic attitude and smile, Wendy aspires to keep our office running smoothly, our buyer and seller clients supported and well-educated, and to increase her overall skills to further enhance our future auction events.
