Wendy Vivirito is a wife and a mom of two great kids: Ryan and Tori. As a family, they are active in soccer, band, band boosters, girl scouts and giving back to their community. Wendy loves living in Westfield and Hamilton County.
The Midwest culture and the strong family values she finds in Indiana are why Wendy and her family love this area. They work hard to support and promote local businesses as well as locally grown food at their area Farmer’s Markets. Wendy regularly drives to Jack’s farm to buy her family meat! Anything she can do to support and promote locally is her.
She has been investing since 2002 in multiple states and selling what she refers to as traditional real estate since 2006. Wendy loves what she does: helping clients hunt for the perfect deal whether it is a first home, vacation home or investment property. And she truly loves the challenge of helping clients sell their home for the maximum profit in the least amount of time. Negotiations are challenges, so she says – bring it on!
