Wesley Nappen is the President of Nappen & Associates, and the third generation to help lead the Nappen family business. In this role, he works closely with Dara and Lisa in overseeing all aspects of Nappen & Associates, such as construction, land acquisitions, leasing, and building relationships with tenants, brokers, and contractors.
Wesley graduated Cum Laude from Temple University in 2019, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Wesley also attained a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Temple University in 2024. Through his hard work and dedication to furthering his education, Wesley was inducted into The National Society of Collegiate Scholars, the Delta Rho Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Honor Society and the Alpha Upsilon Chapter of Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society.
Wesley has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2017, and is working toward becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker.
Wesley enjoys traveling, whether it is to Florida, the Caribbean by way of cruises, and many other destinations. Wesley is an ardent Disney fan, and regularly makes trips to Disney World. In his free time, Wesley enjoys reading, watching old movies, making cocktails, exploring the many bars and restaurants in Philadelphia, and spending time with his friends, family, and girlfriend. Finally, Wesley is a self-described political junkie and an avid student of history in his free time.
