Before joining SVN, Weston worked as an real estate analyst at Cappella real estate. Here, he researched, planned, and joined a team of four to investigate precise locations to build muli-million dollar storage facilities in central Texas. Weston has also spent many months abroad over the last five years, visiting over thirty-six countries during that time. He experienced many different ethnic and cultural backgrounds,and with the knowledge he gain abroad, various interaction with different clients relate to him.He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas State University
