Whit joined the SHOP Companies San Antonio office as a Partner in July of 2023 to focus on Project Leasing, Tenant Representation and Investment Acquisitions.
Prior to joining SHOP Companies, Whit was a First Vice President with the CBRE Retail Services Group in San Antonio, Texas. Whit specializes in all facets of retail & land brokerage including tenant representation, investment sales, strategic acquisitions and project leasing. Before joining CBRE in 2016, Whit was with REATA Real Estate Services specializing in project leasing, tenant representation and land transactions.
After graduating from University of Texas in Austin in 2002, Whit has created a positive footprint in the commercial real estate industry through his trusted and proven strategies that have created valuable opportunities for his clients. He has had experience representing clientele at all levels, from local entrepreneurs to national & publicly traded groups on assignments ranging from traditional leases to complex development transactions.
