That’s why it’s so important to have a real estate expert you can trust to have your best interests at heart. My name is Whitney Kane, REALTOR® with Weichert Realtors - Hallmark Properties. I grew up in Winter Park, Florida and received a B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. After graduation, I accepted a position with Marriott Vacation Worldwide's Management Program in Park City, Utah. Although I truly enjoyed the hospitality industry, I’ve come to realize my passion in life is real estate. Growing up, I had a front-row seat to the inner workings of the building market in Central Florida. My mother is a Construction Attorney and allowed me to shadow her on various projects and meetings. It was then that I gained incredible insight into the construction industry, Florida law, negotiations, and the importance of research; all of which I now utilize for my clients. While I earned my real estate license in 2013, I have continued to study the Central Florida housing market. I am always looking for ways to expand my knowledge and build new skills to be a better asset for my clients. My eye for detail and competitive spirit are what make me a powerful negotiator and resource.
