Bio
Bill joined R New York in 2016 as a broker, and then in 2022 as CFO. He is responsible for evaluating real estate investments and other growth opportunities for the company. Bill oversees the budget across all departments, and coordinates with executives to determine the viability and cost of various projects. Utilizing agent and employee feedback, he determines optimal strategies to ensure company growth in both the short and long term.
When it comes to managing a company’s monetary business, Bill brings well-rounded experience. After graduating Baruch College, Bill joined Tivone Ventures in 2012 as an equity analyst and prop trader. At Tivone, a boutique investment firm, he specializes in initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, and venture capital. As Managing Partner since 2017, he has leveraged proven investing as well as market research in order to direct the company’s finances. A passionate golfer and tennis player, Bill lives on the Upper East side of Manhattan.
