Bio
He represents office and industrial occupiers in real estate transactions across the state. He plays an active role in site selection, acquisition and disposition transactions, and complex lease structuring and negotiation.
Will has over a decade of extensive construction, business, and asset management experience centered around the alignment and execution of the client’s real estate strategy and organizational objectives. Prior to joining JLL, Will was with a boutique, full service commercial real estate firm, J.H. Berry & Gilbert Inc., proceeded by various management roles for a commodities firm, Cellmark Inc.
He is an active member of the junior board of directors of Glenwood Inc. and the board of directors for the Coastal Conservation Association’s Birmingham chapter. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing, traveling, golf, cooking, and spending time with family.
