Will has 25 years’ experience in residential development consultancy, advising major corporate, public and private sector clients on development land sales, valuation, consultancy and dispute resolution. For the past 11 years he has run Rees Straw, a niche consultancy operating across the north west and north Wales.
He is current chair of the Chester Association of Property Professionals and regional head judge for the RICS Social Impact Awards.
