I have been in the real estate business for 34 years, 31 of those years as a Real Estate Broker having owned my own company, Coldwell Banker Bailey for 18 years. My career began as Sales Manager for the areas largest builder in 1975 and I have held a “Class A” contractors license since 1983 when I developed and operated Bailey Construction Company until 1998. In 2000, I joined Real Estate III and was awarded “Salesperson of the Year” for three straight years through 2003. I have consistently been awarded
“Circle of Excellence” for my production each year but the proudest award came in 2006 when I was awarded the “Ethics Award” voted on by my peers.
Among the expertise that I bring to my clients is my keen sense of understanding and knowledge of new and resale construction, both residential and commercial. During my marketing and building career, I have been involved in the building, sales and marketing of over 1000 new homes in the Charlottesville area.
My varied experience along with knowledge of the area from being a native of Albemarle County will hopefully prove valuable to my clients when searching for the right place to live. My greatest business reward comes from solving my clients real estate needs and desires.
