Active in brokerage and land development in the Tampa Bay area for more 35 years, Bill has weathered and prospered through several real estate cycles and has a keen ability to see and forecast trends ahead of the curve. Tenacity and a fervent passion for the business have earned him the nickname, “The Dirt Dog.”
Bill is a frequent industry speaker, teacher and active board member of multiple associations. He has been a director or officer in most of the major real estate organizations in Tampa, and has been honored with numerous “Broker of the Year” and "Top Producer" awards over his 35+ career. Most recent are FGCAR Top Regional Land Producer for 2022, 2021, 2019, 2018; FGCAR Pinnacle Award "Brokerage Firm of the Year", 2019.

As a past instructor for the Realtor Land Institute, Bill has co-authored and taught multiple courses including "Site Selection-Finding the Best Sites" and "Land 101-Fundamentals of Land Brokerage" throughout the United States.
