William E. Kane, Jr., MAI, has over 25-years experience in real estate valuation and consulting and is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute. While having a broad knowledge in a wide spectrum of commercial properties and large scale residential developments his main focus is the valuation of hotels and other lodging facilities. The firm has completed over 70 hospitality assignments across the northeast. Mr. Kane has provided litigation support and expert testimony in disputes relating to hotels. Because of his extensive knowledge of these areas, he has often been asked to lead courses for the Appraisal Institute and continuing education programs for the University of Connecticut. Numerous times he has been on the dais of the Annual Real Estate Conference sponsored by the University of Connecticut School of Business.
