Bill Leone has played a key role in Southwestern Pennsylvania's real estate community for the past 23 years. Mr. Leone represents a broad range of clientele including Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, high technology organizations, law firms/professional organizations and various segments of the service industry on a local, national and international basis in acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations and development of commercial and industrial real estate.
Mr. Leone has consistently been involved in some of Greater Pittsburgh's most significant real estate transactions including a consistent top ranking in the Pittsburgh Business Times Largest Pittsburgh Area Office Leases list. Recently, Mr. Leone represented Community College of Allegheny County, Mellon Bank, Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, Alpern Rosenthal, Gateway Health Plan, IBM/Transarc Corporation, Danieli Corporation, UPMC, Bank Pittsburgh, AT&T Broadband, WESCO Distribution, Inc., ICF Kaiser International, Inc. and D&L, Inc. for their respective headquarters and/or regional facility requirements. Prior to founding NAI Pittsburgh Commercial, Mr. Leone was Broker of Record, Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Oxford Realty Services, a founding partner and treasurer of Colliers Penn (formerly PA Commercial Real Estate, Inc.) and Associate Director of Cushman & Wakefield where he was honored as one of the top 50 real estate professionals nationwide.
