William specializes in the creation and implementation of real estate strategies that produce cost savings opportunities and solve real estate problems for professional service organizations, corporations and technology companies on a local and regional basis. Will's focus is on providing clients with occupancy cost reduction strategies, lease transaction management and negotiation, and providing the client with the necessary strategies, consultation and tools to align the company's real estate strategy with the overall business objectives. Clients include: IPC, Ole Communications, US Century Bank, Cooper Gay, Northwestern Mutual, GoPro, and many more.
Will previously worked with JLL, spent a year and a half with Cresa South Florida as an Advisor where he participated in a structured professional development program which addressed the entire continuum of knowledge required to be an effective advisor to business space occupiers in both the office and industrial sectors of the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Cresa, Will spent two years as an Associate with Savills Studley in Miami.
