William. J Pace is a 3rd generation Real Estate Broker currently holding licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He started working in real estate sales for V.J. Pace & Sons, which was established in 1924 by his grandfather, Vincent James Pace (an Italian immigrant) in Chester, Pennsylvania. Later went to work for his father, Sam Pace at Sam Pace & Associates for over 20 years while Sam Pace was the Broker of Record. He started his own company, W.J. Pace & Associates, Inc. in May of 2003
