Bill Tourtellotte, a Senior Vice President based in CBRE's Philadelphia office, is a member of the Investment Properties Group. Bill’s experience in capital markets will provide tailored comprehensive real estate services and unparalleled client satisfaction. With his extensive national multi-market experience in a wide array of property types and profiles, Bill’s unique transactional execution program is well honed to consistently achieve superior results, whether for portfolio or individual asset marketing assignments. Bill joins CBRE with nearly 30 years of real estate experience. Most recently, Bill was a Senior Vice President at GMH Capital Partners where he spearheaded the sourcing, sales and marketing efforts of the division team resulting in the closing of over $825 million in 76 separate transactions. Before joining GMH Capital Partners, Bill gained 8 years of broad based experience working for Equitable Real Estate Investment Management/Lend Lease Real Estate. In addition to his asset management and disposition experience, as an acquisitions and debt placement officer, Bill initiated the closing of $230 million of debt and equity placements for a broad array of institutional clients including LACERA, OP&F, CalPERS, CalSTRS, Delta Airlines, Equitable Life and various domestic and offshore investors. Bill’s broad base of experience has also included consulting and valuation counseling. Bill's unique philosophy, relationships and broad experience allows for direct detailed involvement in all aspects of client asset management and operational issues. Everything from environmental issues, accounting, finance, and legal contract negotiations to repositioning, leasing and capital programs are well within the scope of typical investment sales assignment. This "roll up your sleeves and always over-deliver" mindset is well received by clients and is a key ingredient to a successful closing record.
