Will Turner advises industrial and logistics tenants, users, and developers across Virginia on site selection, lease/contract negotiation, and facility planning. He primarily focuses on the commonwealth’s major industrial centers including:

With this coverage, Will is one of the few commercial real estate agents who keeps track of developments across Virginia’s growing industrial markets. His services include understanding market trends, infrastructure plans, and government incentives to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.
Prior to starting Upterra Group, Will worked at Avison Young, as well as the US-China Business Council where he helped to attract Chinese investors to the United States and gained an understanding of how local economies are shaped by global trade. Will leverages that experience now to help clients and communities grow their businesses to compete. This includes his work as a member of Loudoun County’s Economic Development Advisory Commission that supports the Loudoun Board of Supervisors in their efforts to shape the growth of America’s wealthiest county.
