Bill is an industry leading Real Estate Salesperson and Certified Buyer Representative with intimate knowledge of his market, as he is a true North Fork native with family roots dating back to the late 1960’s across the North Fork. After graduating from Johnson Wales University in 2007, where he received a BA in Business Management and minors in International Business, Marketing and Business-to-Business Selling he put his education to work as the GM of a high-end product wholesale greenhouse, based out of Mattituck and later as a paralegal with Levy Phillips & Konigsberg in Manhattan. While working in Manhattan, Bill decided to pursue his passion for Real Estate on the North Fork and moved back to Long Island in 2014, which Bill often reflects on as being one of the best decisions he’s ever made. Bill is dedicated to understanding the market in which he works in and is a rock-solid resource for information related to North Fork real estate, such as inventory, how to navigate through town departments and market forces.
