Bio
Bill is presently a partner with Colliers International and was Chairman and CEO of the predecessor company, which was Ostendorf-Morris Company. In addition to his daily obligations with regards to the operations of the company, he was involved in the development and investment end of the business. In that capacity, Bill participated in the development of over 2 million square feet of office, warehouse, and manufacturing space and over 1½ million square feet of office space in various partnerships.
In addition to this personal participation, he was also involved with a number of transactions with third parties. Bill focuses primarily on investment and development work. The majority of this third-party business, representing both buyers and sellers, will include both office and industrial properties.
Bill is part of the group that repurchased the Cleveland office.
